5.Three kinds of structure selection of cycloid gear,planetary gear and hydraulic differential. They are used to be transfered the different solid phase by pushing the torque.
Working Principle
Material enters the centrifuge from the inlet pipe and enters the high-speed rotating drum under the action of the screw accelerator. Material begins to stratify in the settling area of the drum. The solid phase with a specific gravity is thrown onto the drum wall. The solid that settles on the drum wall is pushed to the slag outlet by the screw conveyor. Outside the machine, the liquid phase with a lighter specific gravity overflows through the overflow hole at the large end of the drum. Differential is a device which ensures the stability of differential speed and produces larger torque. In addition, dual motor dual frequency conversion device with common DC bus can realize stepless adjustability of drum speed and differential speed, which can adapt to the change of flow and concentration, and ensure good and stable separation effect.
